In short

What is the Missed Business Report?

The Missed Business Report records everyone who tried to reach a business over seven days and sorts them by why they were lost. luup runs at Autonomy Level 0 throughout: it writes nothing to customers, calls no one, and only listens. At the end of the week you see how many calls went unanswered, how many asked about price, and how many never tried a second time.

What the report looks like

The number is not ours.
It is yours.

This page shows you no industry average and no success percentage. Every line of the report comes off your own line; the table below only demonstrates the format.

Enter your average job value and the week is priced in your currency — and because the figure comes from your own data, there is nothing to argue about.

The numbers above are an illustration, not a claim. Your report is built from the record of your own line.

How it happens

Four steps,
and no selling in any of them.

The report is not a demo request. You switch on no skills during setup, and no message goes out.

  1. 01

    Divert your line

Your number does not change. Calls reach luup only when your existing line goes unanswered.

  2. 02

    Leave autonomy at zero

At level zero the assistant writes nothing to customers and calls no one. It only records.

  3. 03

    Let seven days pass

You carry on exactly as you do today; nothing about your work changes.

  4. 04

    Read the report

How many calls, how many unanswered, how many asked about price, how many never came back — sorted by reason.

Limits

What the assistant does not do
while the report runs.

Saying what something will not do is more convincing than saying what it will. What follows is not a preference — it is the definition of level zero.

  • It does not message customers, draft replies or send anything.
  • It calls no one; none of the outbound skills are switched on.
  • It does not change your number, port your line or touch your current setup.
  • It invents no figures: every line in the report is backed by a call record.
  • It performs no action that needs consent; the consent check is already in force.

Frequently asked

No. Your existing line stays exactly as it is. The only change is a divert rule that sends calls to luup when your line goes unanswered. You can remove the divert whenever you like, and your number is never ported at any stage.

No. The report runs at Autonomy Level 0, and at that level the assistant writes nothing to customers and makes no calls. It only records who tried to reach you, at what hour and about what. Your customers see exactly what they see in your setup today.

You enter your average job value, and luup multiplies it by the number of unanswered and price-asking calls. This is not a prediction model — it is your own figure multiplied by your own call record. If you do not enter an average job value, the report shows call counts only and no money amount.

No. The Missed Business Report is free and no card is required. If you want to continue afterwards, a fourteen-day free trial begins; if you do not, you remove the divert and nothing is ever charged.

Conversation records are kept for the period set by the compliance regime of the country your business operates in. If you do not continue after the report, you can request deletion from the panel and the request is handled with an audit trail.

Once you have seen the number,
the decision is yours.

If the report reads badly, move up one rung: the assistant drafts replies first, then sends them with your approval. If you are not convinced, leave it at zero — it will still have said nothing at all.
