Price Analysis
Works out which price actually wins, from real conversations
What is Price Analysis?
Price Analysis is an analysis method that matches the outcome of quotes to their price level, showing which price band converts into work and at which level customers walk away. luup analyses only the outcomes of your own quotes and never estimates competitor pricing; the curve sharpens as quote volume grows and results are presented cautiously on small samples.
Pricing is decided by instinct, and the reason for lost quotes is guessed at.
Won and lost quotes separate by price level, and the reason becomes visible.
How does it work?
- 1
Quotes are matched
Every quote is recorded with its price and its outcome.
- 2
Outcomes are tracked
Won, lost or unanswered is processed for each one.
- 3
A band emerges
The threshold at which the win rate drops is calculated.
- 4
Reasons are read
The reasons given on lost quotes are grouped.
What does it need?
A skill with a missing precondition is not hidden in the panel — it is shown with the gap. Hiding what is required only produces disappointment during setup.
- Quote records
- Outcome marking
What it deliberately does not do
Claiming a result is easy. What follows is not a claim but a set of limits the product enforces mechanically: the skill cannot do these things, because a layer that cannot be switched off stops it.
- It never changes your prices; it only shows what happened.
- It produces no percentage from a thin sample — insufficient data is labelled insufficient.
- It does not guess a competitor's price; it reports only figures spoken in conversations.
Where it sits on the autonomy ladder
A 0–4 ladder decides how much the assistant may do without asking you, and it is set separately for each channel and each topic. The meaning of each rung is the same across every skill.
Price Analysis comes into play at rung 0 of the ladder.
- 0
Listens only
Writes nothing to customers; it only records.
- 1
Drafts a reply
Writes it but does not send it; the draft waits in the panel.
- 2
Waits for approval
The reply is ready; sending it is your decision.
- 3
Answers on its own
Sends, and stops to call you in when it gets stuck.
- 4
Full authority
Books, quotes and collects payment.
Wherever the ladder sits, every outgoing message passes the Conversation Rules and the consent check; neither layer can be switched off.

Sık sorulanlar
Price Analysis begins producing first results after a few dozen quotes; the curve sharpens as volume grows. For businesses working with a small number of quotes, the skill presents its findings cautiously.
No. Price Analysis analyses only the outcomes of your own quotes. Competitor pricing a customer mentioned themselves in conversation is collected separately on the Signals screen.
Price Analysis shows which level converts; Negotiation and Discount Limits turns that level into a rule and applies it in conversation. Used together, discount authority rests on evidence.
